Jamie performed an outstanding home inspection, analyzing every part of the house in detail. He worked quickly to ensure he could cover every area of the home in the time that we had. Jamie arrived early to jump onto the roof and inspect the outside of the home before we arrived. Upon arrival, he was instantly able to walk us through his findings and provided some excellent suggestions and recommendations for how to handle some of the repairs. Jamie was honest and genuine throughout the process; he was truthful about each aspect of the inspection and provided his opinion in a kind and thoughtful manner.Jamie was able to provide us with a great in-depth report, highlighting areas he caught that even I did not realize he was inspecting. He identified all the findings in a clear and simple write-up, which left me feeling like I could easily digest the work required in the future. The report was provided to me instantly, containing clear annotated photos, FLIR thermal readings, and appliance ages and efficiencies.Jamie even has a facebook page, where he shares helpful tips and links for all home owners, a very great place to stay up-to-date and informed.
